The National Sporting Library & Museum will host the “Canter and Crawl: The Glass Sculpture of Joan Danzinger” exhibit from May 17 until Jan. 5, 2020.
The exhibit will kick off with a reception and viewing from 6-7 p.m. Friday, May 17, followed by a lecture by Danzinger at 7 p.m. on her exhibit, which is a wire and glass-shard sculpture inspired by the spirit of the horse and the jewel-like nature of insects. Admission to the exhibit, reception and lecture is $10 for the general public and free to library members.
