Those watching nationally televised talent competitions may see some familiar faces next week.

In the Season 2 finale of NBC’s songwriting competition “Songland,” Leesburg resident Ryan Cambetes will pitch an original song to guest celebrity artist Usher, along with producer-mentors Ryan Tedder, Shane McAnally, and Ester Dean.

“Songland” provides a view of the creative process of songwriting, giving undiscovered writers the chance share their material with top producers and recording artists in the music business. Last season, the series produced chart-topping hits including seven that reached a #1 rating on the iTunes charts.

Cambetes’ episode will air on Monday, June 15 at 10 p.m. on NBC.

The next night, Ashburn’s Noah Epps, will be performing on NBC’s America’s Got Talent. Noah is an 11-year-old dancer and will be performing solo.

The episode airs Tuesday, June 16 at 8 p.m.
